Fast Lead Pros is a sole proprietorship operated by Blaine Koker-Tatalovich.

Fast Lead Pros provides business workflow tools for approved dealerships, remote BDC teams, contractors, managers, billing contacts, and Fast Lead Pros personnel. Users may access only the organizations, client accounts, records, and functions authorized for their role.

Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use individual accounts rather than shared logins, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Account administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate users and roles within their authorized client account.

Users may not access another customer's data, bypass security controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with service operation, misuse customer information, send unauthorized communications, or use Fast Lead Pros in violation of applicable law or their organization's policies.

Business customers and their authorized users remain responsible for the customer, lead, appointment, and dealership information they submit. Users must enter only information they are authorized to process and should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in comments, notifications, or free-text fields.

By voluntarily opting in, you agree to receive operational SMS messages from Fast Lead Pros. Messages may concern manager assistance requests, manager-ready lead packets, appointment handoffs, lead escalations, account activity, and workflow updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact Fast Lead Pros at support@fastleadpros.com. Consent to SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Fast Lead Pros services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

START, YES, or UNSTOP does not by itself restore Fast Lead Pros database consent. To resume messages, sign in and complete a new affirmative opt-in in Personal settings.

We work to keep Fast Lead Pros available and accurate, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. Notification channels are supplemental; users remain responsible for checking the portal and following their organization's operating procedures.

Fast Lead Pros and its software, branding, workflows, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers retain their rights in information they provide. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of Fast Lead Pros technology or branding.

Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unauthorized use, legal or contractual requirements, nonpayment where applicable, or material violation of these terms. Account and data handling following termination may also be governed by the applicable customer service agreement.

The service is provided subject to the customer's applicable agreement and to the extent permitted by law. Fast Lead Pros does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of third-party email, SMS, carrier, payment, hosting, or network services. Users must independently verify operational decisions and customer information.

Any warranties or liability limits stated in a customer's signed service agreement continue to apply and supplement these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a signed customer agreement expressly provides otherwise.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update is subject to applicable notice and agreement requirements.
