Evidence and instructions for the optional Fast Lead Pros operational SMS enrollment experience.

Operational messaging program
Fast Lead Pros sends optional operational notifications to authenticated dealership managers, client account administrators, agents, and Fast Lead Pros team members. Messages may concern manager assistance requests, manager-ready lead packets, appointment handoffs, escalations, and workflow updates.
Fast Lead Pros is a sole proprietorship operated by Blaine Koker-Tatalovich.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not required to create an account, purchase services, or use Fast Lead Pros.
How authenticated users enroll
Authenticated Fast Lead Pros users may enroll by signing in to their portal, opening Personal settings, entering their mobile phone number, choosing optional notification categories, and actively checking the SMS-consent box. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and SMS consent is not required to create or use an account.
- 1. Sign in at app.fastleadpros.com.
- 2. Open Personal settings.
- 3. Enter a mobile number and actively opt in.

Opting out and getting help
Users may withdraw consent at any time in Personal settings or reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance. A user who wants to resume messages must sign in and complete a new affirmative opt-in; an inbound START message is recorded but does not silently restore consent.
